All 690+ Washington State Wineries

There are 693 wineries open in Washington state. To determine the count, we excluded the following:

1. Wineries that sell wine under multiple labels are counted only once.

2. Vinegards and wine growers that sell bulk grapes to wineries (and do not bottle and sell wine under their own label) are not counted as a winery.

3. Additional satellite wine tasting rooms off-site from the winery are not counted.

4. Wineries not yet open selling wine to the public are not counted.

5. Out-of-state wineries that sell under a Washington state label are not counted, except for Columbia Gorge & Walla Walla AVAs wineries a few miles into Oregon.
